TexAssist was founded with the intent to become the top surgical assist staffing company in the orthopedic and spine space in DFW initially, with eyes on eventually growing to other markets within Texas. Our goal was never to become the largest provider of surgical assist staffing services, just simply be known as having the deepest bench of highly skilled staff that surgeons really wanted to work alongside.
We started small and grew organically from surgeon to surgeon referrals. Much of our business today is still driven by this method and we can be proud to say that we’ve never had a surgeon elect to no longer work with us because our staff didn’t meet their standards.
Along the way, we’ve earned the trust of our clients to do more than just provide staffing services. Our leadership team considers themselves lifelong students and are immersed in learning as much as possible daily about the ins and outs of operating a practice from a regulatory and compliance standpoint. We don’t claim to have all the answers by any stretch of the imagination. However, what we do claim is to know when to call in the experts on behalf of our trusted surgeons to take a deeper dive – one that helps the surgeon best understand all of their assets and liabilities so they can be best positioned to compete today and into the future.
